Our Beef

Our cattle are raised on high quality natural grasses and grains with free choice vitamins and minerals. Our cattle do not receive hormones and are not fed antibiotics. Because the welfare of our animals and the health of the families we serve are top priorities to us, we do provide therapeutic antibiotic treatments when required and always go well beyond established withdrawal periods before taking the animal to be processed. The key to accomplishing this is compassion and a respect for nature’s way. We invite you to taste the difference that our care provides.
